End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Slancio LLP ("Slancio", "we", "us"), the developer of the Slancio app ("the App"). It governs your right to install and use the App, separately from the Terms of Service, which govern your use of the service the App connects to. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, Slancio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own photography business, or — if you're a client — to access galleries, chats, and photo selections shared with you.
2. Ownership
Slancio and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App itself, including all intellectual property rights in its software, design, and branding. This EULA doesn't transfer any ownership rights to you, and doesn't grant you any right to use Slancio's name, logo, or trademarks except as the App's normal functionality allows.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction.
- Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the App.
- Use the App to build a competing product or service.
4. Your content
This EULA covers your license to use the App's software — it doesn't change who owns the photos, messages, or other content you create or upload. That's addressed in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
5. App store terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following also applies:
- Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded or Android devices you own or control, as applicable, and as permitted by that store's usage rules (including Apple's Family Sharing, where enabled).
- The relevant app store has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
- Apple and Google aren't responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, for the App. Slancio alone is responsible for the App and its content, to the extent a warranty can't be disclaimed under applicable law.
- Apple and Google aren't responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or claims under consumer protection law.
- Apple and Google aren't responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App (for example, your mobile carrier's data agreement).
- Apple Inc. (and, where applicable, its subsidiaries) is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA for purposes of the App Store, and has the right to enforce it against you.
6. Updates
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App or specific features.
7. Export compliance
You represent that you're not located in a country subject to a government embargo or designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you're not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA or our Terms of Service. On termination, you must stop using the App and, where applicable, delete it from your devices.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is," as described in Sections 8 and 9 of our Terms of Service, which apply equally to this EULA.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
